Orange Village Transforms employee experience with pick-up automation

A French telecoms operator with nearly 266 million customers and 148,000 employees worldwide, including 90,000 based in France, Orange has since 2006 welcomed nearly 6,000 employees to the Orange Village, located in Arcueil in the Paris region. The Orange Village is a real estate project designed to reimagine the way teams work and collaborate together. 

Installed in July 2017 at Orange Village, one year after the opening of the My Service Space, Quadient’s automated locker system has brought major changes to the service’s organization. The provision of copy and print works was now part of the My Service Space. With the self-service, automated lockers, Orange has been able to offer a new digital experience to their Orange Village employees, helping them retrieve all of their business-related items in a seamless, simple and connected process. In addition to automating the collection process, the lockers have also made it possible to extend pick-up availability to the site’s opening hours, from 7am to 10pm.
