Why Workplace Wellbeing?

Supporting health and wellbeing in the workplace is key to help facilitate behaviour change for those most at risk! With most adults spending approximately 1/3 of their life at work, the workplace is an ideal platform to try and encourage healthy habits and create an organisational culture of wellbeing in a fun and positive way. Addressing workplace wellbeing can help individuals who were previously not aware of the risks that were affecting their health. We have had many cases where we have been onsite and identified high risk factors that have been immediately addressed, resulting in individuals changing their lifestyle habits for the better!
