We worked with Health, Safety and
Environment (HSE) colleagues from across Rolls-Royce businesses to design an interactive
one-day workshop to engage leaders in the critical role they play in delivering
high reliability HSE performance.
Rolls-Royce has an ambition to create an high
reliability HSE culture throughout the organisation. They want HSE to be part of the organisation’s
DNA, threaded seamlessly through all business decisions and day-to-day
activities.
They recognise that the shift in culture required
to consistently deliver high reliability HSE goes way beyond the HSE function
and involves leaders from every area of the business.
We worked with them to understand what high
reliability HSE means in reality and then to to create a bespoke, hard hitting
workshop that enables leaders to understand how they can directly impact and
influence HSE performance in the business.
The workshop is being delivered around the
world and takes delegates on a journey from exploring the business case for
getting HSE right, to the current reality of HSE performance at Rolls-Royce, to
exploring how they influence the root causes of incidents, what the key risks
are in their part of the organisation and what more they can influence how
effectively those risks are controlled.
