Healthy High Performance elearning at Rolls-Royce

16 May 2018

Roll-Royce is committed to a long-term plan to improve physical, mental and social wellbeing across all their sites. We worked with their Global Wellbeing team to create an elearning programme to support people in understanding how to enhance their own health and wellbeing at work and promote healthy choices with their teams.

The programme was modular, creating the greatest flexibility for people in completing the different modules on nutrition, active living, sleep, smoking cessation and mental health.

A variety of techniques and functionality – including against-the-clock quizzes, matching, sorting and hot spot activities, multiple choice questions, short animations and opportunities for self-reflection – brought the information to life in an engaging and meaningful way.

The programme also provided feedback so that people could consolidate their learning and track their progress as they went along.

The Healthy High Performance elearning programme is part of a suite of interactive learning materials that we have developed with Rolls-Royce to support their wellbeing strategy.
