Work and exercise at the same time! Working and cycling on a desk bike improves your circulation and boosts your metabolism, which is good for your health and your productivity.
You do not need to do a full workout to get the benefits of cycling. A steady, low-intensity pace is enough to improve your circulation.Sedentary work makes you feel tired more quickly because you are in a static position. Switching between sitting and standing is an excellent way of increasing your energy levels because you are moving more. Cycling is the icing on the cake. It increases oxygen levels in your body, gives you more energy and improves your metabolism and your circulation. This is good for your health and helps you to concentrate better.
The bike has a variable seat height that is suitable for people between 155 and 195 cm in height and with a maximum weight of 110 kg. You need a height-adjustable desk to be able to use the desk bike and the minimum desk height is 100 cm. You adjust the pedal resistance yourself and a display shows, among other things, time, speed, distance and calories burned while you are cycling.
The desk bike has wheels, so it is easy to move. This means that everyone in the workplace can take turns and share the same bike during the day!
Of course, you can decide for yourself how much you use your desk bike. There are certainly some tasks that are easier to do if you are not moving. If you need to focus your attention on a task, it is a good idea to stop cycling but stay where you are so that you can start again later. Because the bike is very quiet, you will not disturb your colleagues or interrupt your own work with unwanted noise.
